Your Role

You will drive new revenue for LevelUp, by getting in new projects from new and former clients. All by prospecting into founders and executives of mature startups & scaleups in the Netherlands. Your day will revolve around qualifying (inbound & outbound) leads (by phone) and meet them face to face. Using your strategic and consultative mindset, you’ll meet, consult and advise our potential clients. And of course, you'll negotiate the agreement and close the deal. ABC all the way!

As a senior in our Growth Team, you will directly collaborate and report to our CEO (former Scaleup COO & Venture Capital). And work closely with the other 3 members of the growth team.

  • BSc./MSc./MS. level
  • Min. 4 years experience in a full sales cycle or business development role
  • Proficient in Dutch & English
  • You are hungry for results and slightly impatient
  • Awesome in managing expectations
  • Enjoy getting things done, not just chatting about it
  • Ideally: Consultative sales and/or project sales background

Although not required, we offer bonus points for experience with content marketing, growth hacking, project- or event management, and public speaking / debating experience.
