A day in the life:
Start your day with a big cup of coffee and quick catch up with the team. Perhaps you have an update for us on our IND status, or want to have a short brainstorm about the design for our Christmas cards we’re sending out to clients.
Mid-morning you find yourself taking on the financial responsibilities - speaking with our contact at Yuki to discuss changes to our account, setting up our salary run, and maybe sending out invoices to clients. Along the way, you notice that some of the team have run out of lunch cards, so you arrange new ones for them and also do a quick online order from Albert Heijn.
During lunch today, we’ve got a Lunch and Learn focused on 360 degree feedback. Since this is your baby, you give us a presentation and show us how to use the new tool. After enjoying some delicious pizza and poke bowls (and a game or two of ping-pong), it’s back to work - this time focusing on office management and HR. We’ve got a bit of a sound-proofing challenge which you’ve taken on, and you start looking at different options to make our meeting room sound proof but still cosy.
Coming up to the end of the day, you make the final reservations for our upcoming team event and coordinate with the B.Amsterdam building on the changes to the car-park system, before relaxing with some beers and colleague.

You have a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or MER (management, economy and law).

Bachelors or Masters degree
Have 2-5 years experience with Office Management, HR and preferably financial admin
Fluent in English and Dutch
