Are you a thought leader in the tech recruiting space? Do you want to build your own team with a new generation of (tech) recruiters?

You are a senior tech recruiter and want to build your own team, do C-level & Investor stakeholder management, show extraordinary people management skills and willingness. The job entails a large degree of freedom and you will have the ability to co-invest to acquire a significant equity stake.

Your role as Lead Tech Recruiter / Managing Partner
Phenomenal talent isn’t usually on the lookout for a new job. So you'd better find them and see if they want to connect with our Startup clients. These tech companies work with us because they are looking for a trusted advisor, to search for talent for their next growth phase. We define their recruiting strategy, hiring plan and draw up vacancies.

You nurture true relationships with both the client and talent, and understand it's about listening and not about 'selling'. You get energy from personal engagement with people, and really understand what drives and interests them. 

To be successful in this role:

  • You are a thought leader, innovator and teacher in the space of tech sourcing and tech recruiting
  • Have a significant digital following of readers and/or are you a recurring speaker at Sourcing Summit, Sourcecon or similar conference?
  • You are able to manage projects and stakeholders (C-level client-, investor and LevelUp side)
  • You balance advising, motivating, convincing, negotiating and being a trusted partner
  • You teach and coach the team in sourcing, tech recruiting and business
  • Source & recruit great tech talent

  • You are curious, analytical and somewhat data-obsessed
  • You have 6+ years working experience as a headhunter, sourcer, and/or (tech) recruiter
  • You are a thought leader in the space (e.g. SOSU / Sourcecon speaker)
  • You are an extraordinary people manager
  • You have a background in tech and/or startup environments.
  • You enjoy getting things done, not just chatting about it
  • You love structuring your work and have strong attention for details
  • You have integrity, have lots of personality, and are high-energy
  • You are flexible, communicate well & resilient, because we work in small rotating teams
  • You already have EU passport or EU working permit
