You will be our new internal recruiting star, making sure we have the right people in the right place to build our brand even further.
Improve our internal hiring and growth plan. It is your job to make a realistic planning that we can achieve. We might be a bit too ambitious sometimes ;)
Assess and improve our current internal hiring process and employer branding and help us take it to the next level
Take responsibility for end-to-end internal recruitment - from sourcing and vacancy writing, to doing screening and participating in interviews
Develop a unique candidate experience reflecting our values and company culture
Help identify interview evaluation criteria and competencies to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently
Be creative, find new ways in which we can attract talent
Get down and dirty with our best practices that we already use. We feel that LevelUp is about learning and you could use some tricks from the senior team that is here already (we might know a thing or two about recruitment ourselves). But learning is key. In all roles

Bachelors or Masters degree
2-5 years experience in full-cycle internal recruiting
You are proactive, result-oriented and have great time management skills
You have persistence, are high-energy and have loads of personality
Excellent English communication skills (and fluency in Dutch is preferred)
Experience with project management, growth marketing and employer branding a big plus!
