The mission

Take ownership of the whole social media process - developing creative content, implementing and monitoring our posts, and telling our story on- and offline.

You also keep an eye on the stats - measuring our customer engagement and making sure we optimise our content.

Additionally, your challenge is to optimise how we're known - making sure we reaching top talent and making our brand the go-to for startup recruitment needs.

Your job

  • Be the leader of content creation: build, schedule and oversee content (copy and visuals)

  • Craft our social media presence and establish our social media tech stack

  • Crafting, coordinating and managing email marketing

  • Analysis the performance of our posts and blogs

  • Keep up to date with what’s happening in our startup and tech industry

  • Get our name out there! Expand our employer branding and develop creative ways to draw prospective employees and clients to our website

  • Practical - LevelUp Ventures is all about learning on the job! You will be involved in client projects from day one - with the support and mentoring from our more senior team members, you will quickly be immersed into the world of recruiting.

  • Variety - your learning curve will be step because every project - every client - is different. You will help out with every stage of the recruiting process which means you’ll never get bored, and you’ll gain insight into all of the tools, websites and platforms we use.

  • Currently studying a Bachelors (in Communications, Marketing or similar) with no need for help writing your thesis

  • A passion for social media and working knowledge of various social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Understanding of and previous experience with Wordpress

  • Analytical mindset, have an eye for details and love to get your hands dirty

  • Creative personality and an excellent communicator in English (Dutch is a plus!)

  • Available for 5-6 months, 4-5 days a week
