Are you a natural communicator and love to build relationships? Are you energised by managing multiple projects and are a strong people manager?

If the answer is Yes, then you’re the Project Lead we’re looking for!

Just imagine working at Startups and Scale-ups, becoming their in-house recruiter and advisor, working with them on everything from their career page and employer branding, to defining the recruitment strategy and hiring plan.

The role

You are the glue for our projects - ensuring each of them is a success. You are the project planner, the main point of contact for our clients and the dedicated coach and mentor to your squad.
You use your structured approach and your exceptional time- and workload management skills to make sure both clients and candidates enjoy engaging with us.
You are a true leader: you get energy from seeing progress and helping others reach their potential.

I am a true expert in recruitment and understand the impact of great hires on our clients’ business and product (after all, I’ve been doing it for more than 4 years!).
I’m a born leader and coach, I love to keep learning and help others learn how to source, attract and select (mostly tech) talent.
I’m driven by results and getting things done, always keeping an eye on the timing and structure of the projects. I take decision using a good mix of data and instinct: I collect information, test my assumptions and call the shots.
My values include integrity, humour, persistence. I am flexible, patient and believe honest communication and process improvement pave the way for a smooth collaboration between LevelUp, the clients and our candidates.
