The role

Phenomenal talent isn’t usually on the lookout for a new job. So are you able to find and connect them with our Startup clients? These tech companies work with us because they are looking for a trusted advisor, to search for talent for their next growth phase. 

You nurture true relationships with both the client and candidate, and understand it's about listening and not about 'selling'. You get energy from personal engagement with people, and really understand what drives and interests them. You are looking for a role where you can coach and mentor more junior members of the team.

To be successful in this role:

  • You are able to manage projects and stakeholders (client- and LevelUp side)

  • You find the best talent. You enjoy writing authentic, personalised messages to get their attention.

  • You like to learn & experiment: test your assumptions, collect data and become better

  • You are creative, enjoy exploring new tools and like being directly involved in improving  processes
