Just imagine working at Startups and Scale-ups, becoming their in-house recruiter and advisor, working with them on everything from their career page and employer branding, to defining the recruitment strategy and hiring plan. The role

Attract, engage, advise. If we only had three words to define what our Senior Recruiters do, these would definitely do the trick. But luckily, we can tell you more ;)

Attract: we are always looking for the best talent (tech and non-tech) for our clients, as well as experiment with new ways to find and approach great candidates.

Engage: you nurture true relationships with both clients and candidates, and understand it's about listening and not 'selling'. Connecting with people gives you energy, and you really understand what drives and interests them.

Advise: tech companies work with us because they are looking for a trusted advisor, to search for candidates for their next growth phase and improve their recruitment processes. You will be that advisor.

I am a true expert in recruitment: I know how to find the best talent and how to get their attention (after all, I’ve been doing this for around 4 years now!). I’d like to combine hands’ on recruitment with stakeholders management, always keeping everybody in the loop (client- and LevelUp side).

I am driven by result and get energy from getting things done, not just chatting about it. I love learning & experimenting: I collect data, test my assumptions and improve processes.

My values include integrity, humour, persistence. I am adaptable, a real team-player I love to share my knowledge and findings with others.
