To drive the search for talented candidates for both our clients as well as our internal vacancies.
You will develop sourcing strategies for key roles and develop our talent pipelines. You will map the ‘recruit-ability’ of candidates, identifying where and how to access top talent
You will use creative sourcing techniques, tools and platforms to find passive candidates
Add value from the beginning - you will conduct talent intakes with the hiring manager, define sourcing angles and targets, and map out where top talent is hiding
You will engage with the candidates - from writing creative and compelling reach-outs, to capturing their interest during phone screens

You have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing, or in full-cycle recruitment
